Economy Shipping

We deliver from all of Asia to all over the world FREE (up to 6kg). We use DHL Global Mail or any registered Air Mail and most orders arrive within 7 – 14 business days, depending on the destination region.

Priority Shipping

If you require your purchase urgently, we can ship to you via FedEx Express International Priority, and you should receive your package within 1 -3 business days. We charge a discounted rate for Priority Shipping, depending on the destination region. No hassle!

Other points to note

We will ship your items either from our warehouse or direct from the Designers. When you purchase from AFI, you are the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You will be responsible for import taxes, custom duties and fees, goods and services tax (GST), value-added tax (VAT) or any similar customs related charges which are levied once a shipment reaches your country of destination. There may be delays beyond the original delivery estimates due to customs clearance procedures in your country.

AFI’s appointed couriers do not deliver to post office box addresses. For quick and smooth delivery, kindly provide your home or office shipping address when placing orders.
In the event that AFI receives returned shipments, it is deemed that your address is considered undeliverable. We will notify you via email to arrange for reshipment. You will then be responsible for the reshipment fees.

AFI insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified address. We require a signature (either by you or your nominee) for any goods delivered, at which point, responsibility for the goods are passed to you.

If in the unlikely event that you refuse a shipment from AFI, we will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment of the refused package.
